I sat for five minutes before the vehicle in front of me had their order taken. Then I waited the same amount of time at the speaker with no one taking my order. Eventually I just went to the McDonald's next door. The food at this Wendy's is generally pretty good when you can actually get it, but in the amount of time I was waiting at the speaker, both the vehicle in front of me and myself ordered, paid, and got our food at the McDonald's. Orders tend to be incorrect. I had it happen to me on multiple occasions. I have to double check my back before I leave the drive through line because they tend to make mistakes on the order, which holds up the line, but I’d rather do that then have to drive all the way back to correct an order.
For the amount of money I paid for the meal the food it was very very reasonable. I just needed a quick bite between appointments. Not many people inside the restaurant but the drive thru was busy. I had a slight difficulty with making sure my order was what I expected. Everything worked out well. For a quick meal (and your not counting calories) it was well worth the visit. Clean and seemingly organized inside.
