Chronically understaffed these days... took them 45 minutes to serve my food a few months ago, and right now we've been waiting 30 minutes since ordering. Will we see it within the hour? Stay tuned...
Don’t ever order out. I DoorDash and every time (literally, without fail), I have to wait at least 20 min for the food. I’m writing this as I wait. I got here at 5:16 and it’s currently 5:41. Brutal!
So disappointed in Noodles tonight... I am a very patient person and I completely understand the food industry has taken a hard hit the last few years; but tonight I waited for over an hour for our meals... with promises that "it was almost done" several times. Multiple people came, ate & left before anything came .At a hour and 10 minutes, I went to cancel and ask for a refund... there was no apologies from management... the one lovely cashier was apologetic But the management...read full review

Noodles and Company offers a mix of experiences. While some find the service disappointing, others enjoy the fabulous food like the Pesto Cavatappi with Parmesan chicken. However, the new Chicken Parmesan dish received negative feedback. On a positive note, the Pad Thai with zucchini noodles, chicken, and shrimp was described as out of this world delicious, especially when paired with their house Siracha sauce. The layout is not the coziest, geared more towards buy online and pick up for take out. Food is good for the price. The food was fantastic, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was exceptional. Most the food is great and the staff is awesome, very friendly. Tofu is done great, and the staff handles lunch time well. During holidays, they get the food out quick for the hungry little ones. The staff is friendly and outgoing. The new employee is amazing, and the entire crew does an amazing job.
