Noodles and Company offers a mix of experiences. While some find the service disappointing with overflowing trash and sanitary concerns, others enjoy the fabulous food like the Pesto Cavatappi with Parmesan chicken. However, the new Chicken Parmesan dish received negative feedback for burned chicken and tiny portions. On a positive note, the Pad Thai with zucchini noodles, chicken, and shrimp was described as out of this world delicious, especially when paired with their house Siracha sauce. The layout is not the coziest, geared more towards buy online and pick up for take out. Food is good for the price. Erik was a very friendly cashier. The food was fantastic, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was exceptional. Most the food is great and the staff is awesome, very friendly. Just stay away from the Noodles and Company cookies.
