I ordered dinner here once and paid for shrimp as my protein but got a plain dish. I called that night and the manager said she would send a voucher to compensate and I was totally OK with that and I understand that mistakes happen. I've called to follow up since it's been a couple weeks at the time and she keeps saying she's going to send it, but I haven't seen anything since. It's been more than a month at this point. Some customers have experienced mistakes, such as missing ingredients or incorrect orders, but the staff has been accommodating and remade the order without complaint. The staff is fantastic, well trained, and helpful. This location has improved drastically, with fresh and delicious food that is not overcooked and plenty of sauce. The staff is friendly and checked up on guests. They've refreshed their menu too! Thank you for the great service.
