“Just moved to the area and absolutely love this place! Gives a nice small town friendly feel with amazing food and drinks as well! They're wings are definitely not one to skip either! Will definitely be making this a regular spot for us not to mention the friendly staff and customers !“

“Love the ambiance and vibe of this establishment and so did everyone else as it was a full house! All of their food was restaurant recipes and not frozen food type if you know what I mean and I wanted to try everything on the menu! We narrowed it down to their wings, I was skeptical of chicken thigh style wings but pleasantly surprised they were amazing, lightly battered and meaty!!! The burgers were double patty, fresh bakery buns and delicious; side choices house made chips or fries. Guests next to me had fresh battered fish and the cheese curds, they gave two thumbs up too and said they do date night here every week❤️ Service was friendly and professional and a little slower to take our food order but again they were slammed not their fault. Food came out promptly. Now onto the drinks, they had a house beverage list with plenty of options but I will say for $12-$13 a drink that came with a huge ice cube I had it devoured in a few sips; I’d like more bang for my buck here and due to that I refrained from ordering another drink and resorted to a beer. I can’t wait to come back and try everything on the food menu! Desserts I was too full for but nice house made options.“

“The best place for sitting down. I've sat in so many places where I had a decent time sitting down but Tappers is different. Sitting at Tappers is just better. Sometimes I eat a pizza while sitting at Tappers and it's always amazing. Sometimes I drinks some drinks at Tappers and they make sitting at Tappers even better. I highly recommend sitting at Tappers.“

“Decided to finally try this place. I was not disappointed! The artichoke dip is cheesy and creamy. The burger is full of flavor in every bite. My ma loved the fried walleye and chips. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They didn't rush us and was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We will definitely be back!“

“You will not find a better bowling alley at a more affordable cost. $8 all you can bowl for 1 & 1/2 hour, shoes included on Weekdays & $11 for weekends. Multiple dart boards, three pool tables, and TouchTunes with short wait times. Amazing spot for family or friends fun!“

“We enjoyed a lovely dinner with friends here - very old school. The seating and ambiance is not high end, but does not need to be upscale - we're here for the fish! The walleye dishes (three different preparations and deep fried nuggets) were all excellent. The portions are filling. If you are a walleye lover, get here before they shutter the place in June. “I've gone here a few times in my life living in the neighborhood down the street from this place. It's been several names but now it's Cheer's Pub after the latest ownership change. They run a decent bar, seem to keep tabs on the patrons and it's a decent hangout. It's a typical neighborhood bar with a lot of regulars, cheap drinks, pull tabs, plus some stuff good...football nights, live music with local cover bands and some homegrown musicians, and Karaoke nights. The food here with the new owners is actually pretty damn good for a bar. I've ate here a couple times and I'd go back for those times I'm peckish and don't want to make anything myself (and they make a good drink). Simple menu: French fries, Mozzarella sticks, Jalapeño poppers, Hot dog, Slaw dog, Polish dog, Burger, Cheeseburger, Chicken drummies/sandwich/tenders, Catfish nuggets, Corned beef or Turkey sandwich.This time around I had the slaw dog (see pic) and it was a good take on a Chicago but with slaw...it's a beaut and tastes great, plus the fresh cut fries were the bomb.“

“This place was slammed and short staffed. While we did have reservations, we were not immediately seated. HOWEVER from my own experience hosting at restaurants the fact that they sat us in less than fifteen minutes given the state of the place I couldn't be happier.Great selection of beers and thc drinks“

“We are new to WSP, and we felt very welcome at 5-8 tonight! Our son is Deaf and autistic, so he has some peculiar behaviors, but we weren't made to feel uncomfortable at all. It was a very warm and accepting experience. We moved up from Faribault where most of the restaurants in town know us and our son, Jack, so we look forward to being regulars at the 5-8 in our new community. Thank you! Oh, and the food was simple, spectacular, and reasonably priced! P.S. I also appreciate that you're a Pepsi establishment!“

“Excellent food, service and atmosphere.Laelle our server was prompt, efficient and friendly. She was taking care of several tables, doing a top notch job. We had walleye sliders, fried perfectly topped with a slaw. Poutine was super cheesy goodness. The wild rice soup soooo good. The cheeseburger flat bread was spot on.
