“Arby's in owatonna, MN is very good. We stop often. Employee's are the best and service is great. If you need feedback on new items I would take off the cheesesteak sandwich. I would not order again. The quality was not there like other menu items. I will tell all my friends not to order that sandwich. I do think in season your fish is the best around.“

“Yes, it's a bit of a wait sometimes for your food. If you are in a hurry, McDonald's is just down the block.
I know that my food is always fresh, hot and delicious, so I have no problem waiting a few extra minutes.
I like that they have alternatives to just the burger and fries. Their fish is delicious and I can skip the fries and get something else like mashed potatoes.
Once in awhile they mess up on our order, but it certainly isn't very often, and when it happens, they are always apologetic and make it right. They understand good customer service and are always pleasant, and that makes us return again and again.“

“I used eagerly await the opening of this DQ. I grew up on BBQs and Mr Mistys. I can't in good conscious recommend this to anyone any more. Serving ice cold hot dogs, for the last 3 years. And the BBQ is not the same. It's gone down hill since they changed the recepie, and today I got just enough meat to moisten the bun. Bring back the original BBQ sandwich, quit nuking the hotdogs, learn how to put enough flavoring in the "Arctic rush" so it isn't just colored ice water, and I may return. Until then, you've lost the business of a 40 yr long customer.“
