My coworkers and I make a sushi trip to 1, 2, 3 Sushi at least once a week. We always look forward to going and it's a literally a highlight each week. The food is delicious and always fresh! We literally see them preparing everything in front of us and not to mention, they literally know and remember our orders by heart. It is always the same two people working- whom I believe are the owners- and they are always so friendly and kind. We truly love it there and recommend...
Proportions are absolutely gigantic. I've never had sushi this huge before. They do not skimp on anything (even expensive avocado).
Because they're so huge and made to order, the chef did seem to roll them kinda loose and it was a little rough to eat with chopsticks. Partially because I suck at that though.
Would definitely opt for forks next time and a single roll but a very happy customer. So good and fresh.
