Stopped by this Mexican food truck and ordered tacos. The protein quantity was very generous and the tacos were filling. The taste was decent but nothing particularly special or standout. Good portions, but the flavor could be improved a bit.
Been here twice now. I've had the tacos al pastor and plátanos. Both were extremely delicious. Hubs got the asada fries and elote en vaso. He liked the asada fries and the elote was good, but he said the elote was way too spicy for him. The elote was dusted with quite a bit of cayenne pepper that he assumed was paprika, and mixed it all in.
We moved to New Hope a year ago and have visited so many places for street tacos. I wanted a real street taco with flavor. Not only are these the absolute best but I have now found my favorite Al pastor and elote en vaso. We probably come here at least once a week. People are super nice and food is fresh, go get a taco now.
