Stoped in for a sweet treat
Nice location with plenty of seats and a cute outdoor patio space
There were still lots of goodies left in the afternoon on display
Cupcakes, donuts,cookies

I really liked the French vanilla crueller and the chocolate chip cookie and my husband loved the death by chocolate donut
They also serve coffee but can't comment as we didn't have any
Plenty of parking as located in a strip mall

2025-07-05 - Tried the croissant donut and both myself and my MIL thought they were greasy. It’s like they were sitting in grease. Chocolate frosted raise was ok. Sausage roll was again greasy and way too much meat to pastry. Also, found their prices expensive. Won’t go back.

We love this place! We come here quite often; their bakery items never disappoint with a huge variety of unique and classic flavors. The patio seating is enjoyable as well with both shade and sun choices. The staff are super friendly, too!

Cool lil spot next to Hells Kitchen. Nice people. Expensive donuts. Fun and creative options. I liked the Kroller (spelling?), the pbandj was OK, creme brulee was OK. What was really good was some sort of unique pastry that wasn't a donut, was a big brown ball, buttery on the inside and had sort of a makeup similar to a cinnamon roll. It's worth checking out if your a sweets kind of person!

Also, they were voted #1 chocolate chip cookie in the twin cities and I love it!

It was my first time at Angel food bakery and everything looked delicious it was hard to choose! I did go with the samosa donut and it didn't disappoint it was good caramel, toasty coconut and silky chocolate.

When I look through all of my wonderful wedding photos, I see so much love, family and beauty. Then I look at one of my most favorite photos, my new husband looking at the breathtakingly gorgeous Angel Food Bakery cakes.

They were so beautiful that I almost didn’t want us to cut them! (smile)

Char and her amazing staff really went above and beyond to make our showpiece spectacular.

The ordering process was precise and easy to do. The website walked you through the order process.

Angel Food Bakery thank you for providing us with delicious cakes for our wedding. They were tall, majestic, so beautifully decorated and delivered with care!

We had cut into the rainbow tower cake and there was an excited gasp when the vivid colors appeared!

What a moment to remember!

Thanks again our best wishes to you.

Had some donuts from this place and they were ridiculously bad. Like they just tasted like white sandwich bread with cheap frosting on top. Went look at reviews and saw the owner replies so rudely to any customers that have issues and constantly brags about their high rating. Put a bad taste in my mouth (both literally and metaphorically lol)

I saw a wedding that had Angel Food, and I absolutely HAD to have them at my wedding! Believe it or not the desserts taste even better than their stunning displays. They have a store in St Louis Park where you can pick up some donuts or cupcakes to try different flavors, and when it comes to the ordering, it is so easy and convenient. We had no problems with the delivery and set up, I didn't even notice that they were working their magic until I saw the final display. We were so happy with our desserts, and it is still a part of the day that our guests won't stop talking about. Definitely worth doing this to have a special part of your day.

Lovely little neighborhood donut shop (raised donuts, scones, crullers, sausage rolls, cupcakes, really good cookies). Beautiful decorations, clever flavors. Good coffee and lovely staff too.

Angel Food has lovingly dropped the gauntlet for baked goods, great coffee and dedicated service. I would strongly advise other similar establishments take notice and seek to up their game. You know who you are.
