Found them at the Kingfield Farmers’ Market and saw a seeded loaf. Made them listen to my story of enjoying something similar visiting my uncle in Sonoma County years ago. They were very patient with me and my ramblings. Bought the loaf, brought it home, and immediately made some toast. It was perfect. The best I’ve had since all those years ago having breakfast in my uncle’s kitchen. I’m so happy!!!!
Everything they make is absolutely excellent. Not only is it delicious but made from the best ingredients money can buy. The fact that they don’t use any commercial yeast and only naturally leaven is the best and makes the most nutritious and flavorful bread you can find anywhere. This is a treasure to the Twin Cities and we shouldn’t take it for granted!
