Best known for their Chè Thái aka a refreshing, dairy-free Vietnamese dessert that every Vietnamese kid grew up loving. It is made with Asian jelly, assorted fruits, and a yummy coconut sauce. You can even customize it to your own tastes.

This Bambu location has been one of the top go-to locations in the Twin Cities for dessert drinks. It's consistently made and the service is also quick. Recommend getting the Pandan Waffle and the Awesome Trio when you stop by. The location is on Nicollet so finding parking may be tricky, I usually get the few spots located right outside the shop.

I want to try these drinks out and the place is alright. Drinks are good too.
Very cutely decorated inside! I ordered the Melon Tea with added popping boba and jellies. I usually don't like when the tea is too bitter but this flavor was perfect! I also should have asked for no tapioca boba but they were very fresh, so not too chewy (which is usually my problem). Would highly recommend. You might have to wait a minute for your drink to come out but it is worth it!

My coworker to me here for the first time after work. The young Asian Lady that was taking our order was not courteous at all. Her demeanor was HORRIBLE and I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING. However, the older Asian Lady was very Sweet, Friendly and Professional. I WILL share our experience here via my various Social Media accounts so my friends will know not to take their business here. If you provide good customer service to everyone then you need to stop working in the customer service field.

the vietnamese desserts/drinks here are amazing!!! they've also got bubble tea. my go to is the fruit addict che. their bubble tea is also really good. the drinks look and taste soo good. the baristas are nice, but sometimes it does take a while for them to make the drinks. i love the ambiance of the cafe. there's many tables and a tropical vibe. their location in minneapolis is on nicollet ave, so parking may be difficult. overall rating: 9/10

I've been to this location more than 10x, each time I go, I typically get a fruit tea or milk tea drink. It's a nice ambiance to just chill and hangout with friends so that's how we end up here even though it's okay. The milk teas do not taste amazing to be honest, compared to the other boba places in the area. I think they do their avocado smoothie pretty well though. The che, my husband gets most of the time but he thinks it's okay and a bit overpriced. However, he could be just more picky since he is part viet. In general, when I think of bambu, I do not think of Amazing milk tea or boba per say, but more so decent fruit drinks with a nice vibe.
We ordered several deserts from this location because we love Bambu in Houston and Chicago. Unfortunately, this location is different from others , the deserts taste like canned food, we tried Bambu #1 and threw the rests . Sorry, we will never come back!

Service was really slow on a Sunday afternoon. The place appeared neat and cleaned. Love the chair and feel to it. I ordered the Pork Po-boy and Chè Ba Màu. To my surprised the po-boy came in as a flatbread, and rectangular shape bread. Although it was toasted, it wasn't crunchy, and a tad bit soggy. However, the pork was delicious and combination of the pickled vegetables, fresh sliced jalapeños and cilantro made it tasted wonderful. As for the Chè Ba Màu, it was too bland, and the tapioca was too chewy!

I've enjoyed Bambu every time I've been here. I love the mangonada and the Bambu favorite, but I'll try new drinks from time to time. It usually doesn't take long to get your drinks and the service staff are all kind. There's usually kpop music playing and I love it!
