The fries were excellent—crispy, well-seasoned, and the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the sandwich was pretty bland; the meat was tough, and the bread was stiff, which made it hard to enjoy. The spring rolls had good flavor, but the meat inside was also on the tougher side. The dipping sauce was okay, though nothing special.

Food is very good, and the service is extremely good, while also being much faster than most similar places.

Ordered the beef rice bowl. The beef didn’t taste freshly made & the portion of beef was not even half the size of the rice. The carrots in the salad weren’t pickled, they tasted like regular carrots which is unusual for Vietnamese cuisine.
I don't understand how this place has so many good reviews. Did they pay for them? It's arguably the worst bahn mi I've had in Minnesota. Go down university ave to any of a number of bahn mi places and you'll get a much better one.
Food is great and also the service. They give a lot of meat for the price of their banhmi sandwiches. I just wish there was more seating. Also, please turn on the a/c
I would have loved to try the food unfortunately there's zero parking and it is a poop show in that neighborhood with the construction however I heard you have amazing food and I know you donated all those sandwiches the homeless I wish you nothing but great success in your business and one day we will try your food
Be aware … if you ever order online on their website they charge you online fee for ordering and on top charge you if you pick up your own food!!! That’s ridiculous !
Banh mi‘s were good as usual but I’m die there are other places who are as good and not charging weird fees!

Classic banh mi was fresh and delicious. Great small eatery, clean and brightly lit. Has seating areas to sit and eat and wait.
The pulled pork banh mi is delicious!! I've had it twice and I will definitely be back for more. Also the staff is friendly and fast ☺️
This place is one of my favorite spots. I remember their old location closing down and stocking up on some sandwiches to go to savor it a little longer. Once they reopened in dinkytown I was overjoyed that the flavors I once knew were the same. My favorites are the Thai Chicken Curry, the Tofu Pepper and Onion, and of course the classic.
Catered from here for a large party and could not be happier. The bahn mi is top notch and the sides delicious. Sherman (owner/manager?) is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. It was a pleasure working with him. I would highly recommend and plan on going back for at the very least a single meal.
Pretty good classic, has a nice spice kick. Nice and crispy fries that's well seasoned. Overall good but a bit dry.
