Pisses me off that they only publicize this new hidden location once it is closing. Would have been eating here every week for the last 5 years if they didn't keep it a secret.
Ordered a Special and a Pulled Pork Banh Mi w/ fries & drink combo to go. Great open atmosphere once I entered. Staff was friendly and area was clean. Street parking may be difficult if during busy times. Food was delicious. Both Bahn mi were made well and the fries were great with a side of spicy mayo. Would return again to try other menu items.

The BEST banh mi place in the twin cities. The staff is really great. I love their mock duck curry and tofu dishes.

Probably the best bahn mi in MN.
Overall experience was a kind of a let down. We had high expectations from the 4.9 review. Banh mi bread was tough and dry. The pulled pork was overpowering and drenched in a sauce that wasn't mentioned on the menu. The fries were good, crunchy, soft; the coffee wasn't authentic and tasted canned. I will say the price for quantity was very generous, but overall mid.

They catered a lunch for work, and they went above and beyond with communication and service. The food was a big hit. Highly recommended!

Great moden spot for bahn mi! Excellent value, with fries being particularly good. Very crunchy and hot to the point where I had to wait before eating them. I prefer Lu's Sandwich for bahn mi, since their pickled vegetables are more flavorful and the bred has a great crust, but my sandwich was still satisfying and I was happy with my experience.

Order: classic, special, DB(?). Regular white mayo, no daikon, carrots are not pickled, pate' is dry and minimal. Very disappointing.
DB meat is good but the lack of Vietnamese sandwich taste profile makes this taste like a dry subway.
Order an 1hour ahead and still not ready and missing coffee. Vietnamese coffee was just regular coffee with condensed milk. Terrible as well.

The fries were excellentâcrispy, well-seasoned, and the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the sandwich was pretty bland; the meat was tough, and the bread was stiff, which made it hard to enjoy. The spring rolls had good flavor, but the meat inside was also on the tougher side. The dipping sauce was okay, though nothing special.

Food is very good, and the service is extremely good, while also being much faster than most similar places.
