A pretty standard ice cream shop experience. Unless you are already familiar with Ben and Jerry's flavors, it's tricky to know what is what. I also wish there were size options for the specialty items. For example, shakes only came in a large. I got Dirt Cup in a small chocolate dipped cone. It was everything I wanted it to be!

Visited Friday night. What is in the ice cream isn't listed anywhere and you can't actually see the ice cream. Ended up ordering an ice cream with an ingredient I'm extremely allergic to (after trying a sample that didn't have nuts in it). Had to toss it and take medication. Not fun.

Friendly staff. You can find everybody sitting on the patio outside for the summer. The location is unique to its placement, and they have art displaying the local area. Treats are on par and the staff were superb. I noticed a lot of people coming to get online orders, I didn't know that was a thing for an ice cream spot. There were more people coming to get online orders than people staying to eat ice cream and it was packed to the brim for dine in ice cream. I surprisingly enjoyed the music/playlist, it was eclectic. I grooved every song that played, I ate inside and the music gave flavor to my dine in experience. I'll be back to get more ice cream!

What a fantastic experience at this Ben & Jerry's. I haven't visited one of their locations in several years and wasn't disappointed.The staff were all fantastic and beyond friendly to deal with even in a busy store environment.The store was pretty small overall seating wise, but the outdoor 'patio' section more than made up for it.The ice cream was awesome as usual, and the great atmosphere and staff was the cherry on top, so to speak.I'll be back again no doubt.

I love Ben and Jerry’s ice cream and like having a store near me to visit. This store has never been a warm and fuzzy place architecturally and the service has never been something to write home about. But tonight when we went, it was slowish but pretty friendly. The real problem was the ice cream was barely frozen. One scoop wouldn’t stay straight on top of the other so they dumped the cone upside down into a cup. We were the end of a long line of people and I noticed the scoopers didn’t bother even closing the lids to the freezers and mentioned it. I’m not sure anyone there was old enough to know that’s how you keep ice cream cold OR they liked that soft ice cream was easier to scoop. Either way, getting a pint from the grocery store seems like a safer option.

My friend ordered vanilla ice cream this evening and failed to try the flavor prior to ordering as she thought it would be standard vanilla. She got a few spoonfuls in before realizing it tasted off. I tasted it as well, and so did the other person with us. All 3 agreed that this tasted odd. She kindly asked the young blonde girl at the counter if she could replace her vanilla since it tasted odd and she made a weird face at us and said “yeah. if you pay more” and laughed. I’ve worked in customer service for 5 years now and I have never worked anywhere that would refuse to replace an unsatisfied customer’s order. Maybe things have changed, but we were very unsatisfied with this service and my friend wasted money on ice cream that tasted like watered down vanilla.

After visiting this place for many times with my dog, i got kicked out because of a new rule “no pet policy”. I understand rule is a rule, but will never come back to this place or any store and I won’t buy Ben & Jerry’s product ever again! I’m sure we’re not of a big loss.
