Phish Food: This flavor was born in 1997 and is named after a Vermont improvisational rock group. A portion of the royalties from the flavor goes toward environmental efforts in Vermont’s Lake Champlain Watershed, which is great since our current government leadership doesn't seem to care about the environment. I stopped in for ice cream and really enjoyed it. I got the chocolate brownie ice cream in a chocolate cone. A small cone came with two scoops, and it was so filling that I felt satisfied after finishing it. My husband had the salted caramel in a waffle cone. Since it was a nice day, we sat outside and had a great time.
Just placed a custom ice cream cake order over the phone and they were so kind. Can’t wait to pick it up. Their ice cream is the bomb and I appreciate the company’s activism during a time when a lot of companies are drawing the shades to social issues.
