Went there today for lunch and its closed for business, completely.
There are not many options for pho downtown. The broth is not super flavorful but probably is intentional for the palettes of corporate workers. I don't love that it is not served to go separately (which is again is probably catered for the average corporate worker grabbing a quick bite for their lunch break). I like the idea of BYO pho, but wish the broth had more flavor. The spring rolls are great and amazinggg customer service

Solid place for a good meal. Spring rolls were great and loved the sauces they have!

I was really excited to try this place. Online and on the door it said they opened at 11. I waited 10 minutes before even seeing someone. Waited another 15 minutes (25 minutes after scheduled open time) and finally ended up leaving because the gal who I saw in there setting up had left. I missed my lunch break waiting to get service :(

Great spot for lunch pho! Served a bit differently than I'm used to, with smaller/thinner noodles, but the flavor is spot on. Good spring rolls as well.

Great place to get pho for lunch! This is a Chipotle/Subway style where you can mix and match to create your own pho. Prices and food were very reasonable considering the faster nature of the place.

Pho was so salty I had to throw the whole soup away. Mind you it has to be REALLY bad for me to not eat something I paid for. It could have been because I came around closing time, not sure but Iโve also never had pho that has hella oil just sitting on top of the broth. Super disappointing as there isnโt many other pho options in the skyway area.
Last few times Ive been here the beef broth is cold or overly greasy. Also the wait times with only two people working are frustrating.

4 years ago, Bep Eatery was delicious with a full menu. Now, don't expect authentic Vietnamese food. It's all bland and they do not even have proper condiments for pho.

SO BAD! No Vietbnamese human is eating here. Pro tip - repleace tghuis location with YUM! (they have somethung more suitable for the daytime traffic)
They supposedly close at 2pm, but several times I have tried to buy my food around 1:40 and I find that it is already closed, in fact I don't know what time they actually close,โฆ
Great food with fresh ingredients. Please bring back the banh mi!
Their fast casual vermicelli salad is a brilliant idea
Itโs a little pricey but it was great food and yummy.
