Love this place! Beautiful space, thoughtfully themed and delicious teas, and friendly and knowledgeable owners!
This place is amazing. They squeezed our party in on short notice for my sister’s bachelorette party when we had a scheduling issue with another place. And then on the day of the bachelorette party, we had a positive COVID test in our group. We were heartbroken to have to adjust our day so drastically but we asked if we could pick up our tea service to go and they were so incredibly kind and accommodating. They were a big part of helping to keep my sister’s day special despite the adjustments in plans. And on top of the personable and kind service the food was delicious! We loved everything and can’t wait until we can come back and do the tea service in person!
We had a delightful Valentine’s Tea today at the beautiful salon in Bingley’s Tea shop. The atmosphere was perfect for visiting, and the tea treats were scrumptious. I live getting a group together to come here. We were able to have a leisurely tea. Julia is such a gracious hostess, as well as an excellent chef and tea sommelier.
I had been searching for a place to get afternoon tea in the city, and I'm glad I found this in the heart of Minneapolis. The tea blends are delicious (Lizzie Bennett's Wit was a favorite), the staff members are friendly, and the space is decorated beautifully. A fun all-ages experience!
Wow. Afternoon tea at Bingley's was an absolute dream. Would strongly recommend for those who are lovers of Austin, and honestly even those who are less familiar.
My bridesmaids threw my bachelorette party here, and it was AMAZING. Julia and Kyle gave as an excellent afternoon tea. The food and tea were perfect, and the shop made for a really delightful immersive experience. While I am a massive Jane Austen fan, most of my bridal party is not; they all agreed that it was a five out of five star experience. The thought and care which the party was put together with made it one of the most memorable experiences. Even if you can't have a full afternoon tea party here, buy your tea from here. Thank you so much Julia and Kyle!!
This is hands down my favorite place for tea. Julia and her husband are knowledgeable and friendly every time I stop in. The tea is amazing, and I sing its praises to everyone I know!
Bingley's Teas is incredible. The owners are very knowledgeable and friendly. The tea i have tried is exceptional and the atmosphere of the shop is welcoming. I would recommend this to every tea lover and Austen enthusiast. I will for sure be going back soon!
I'm not a huge tea drinker, I'm definitely more of a coffee gal. But I was here picking up gifts for my tea drinking friends. Lovely shop! Great attention to detail. And I love the incorporation of Jane Austen into their tea. Jane Austen is one of my favorite authors and to see all of her characters depicted and their characteristics put forth into tea combinations is just phenomenal! The service was wonderful as well, Kyle was extremely helpful in guiding me through my selections.
Service was friendly.

Adorable charming tucked away magical tea room. The teas are amazing. Can’t wait to go back and stock up on Elizabeth Bennet and Mr. Willowby!
HIGHLY recommend! We learned a lot & will be back for workshops. Very happy with our purchases. ^-^
Very good
Cozy atmosphere with delightful treasures everywhere you turn. Amazing products that the owners, who are excellent hosts, have put their souls into developing. Perfect location for intimate special events.
Received pleasant service and quality product the first time in, but waited around this week to come in during the limited hours and no one was around, and there was no explanation for why the store was closed during business hours. Hope I can get some tea from here again sometime but for now I guess I'll go elsewhere
