We started coming here a few years ago, and the first few times were amazing. We were getting light roast single origin espresso shots that were clearly meticulously pulled. More recently, the vibes haven’t been the same. Baristas w probably less experience. Coffee blends for espresso. Honestly very sad, loved it here.
Probably one of the best cappuccinos I’ve had in the Twin Cities. Plenty of pour over and tea options, nice decor, and sweet treats. This seems like a step above Spyhouse in quality and service.
