The bartenders are on top of it. Hats off to Jen And Mary they are Rock stars for bartenders these two won’t leave you thirsty hats off to Blaine Brooke entertainment center. By the way, they have awesome food too. The wings are great ! Grate place to be people!

Was fun, had a good time, only thing is, I went up to the counter where the bowling shoes are to ask where I could order food from, the guy said the ladies are walking around and should be by soon, 30 minutes went by I didn’t see any waitresses or anything, so I ended up, not eating any food there, kind of sucked because I was pretty hungry, but the bowling was fun ?♀️

love that they have a couple pool tables here! bartender was sweet but has been doing it for a while so doesn’t pay much attention to people who don’t frequent very often, (tip her well)went here on a night there was leagues so it took about a 2 hour wait on the list to get a lane. so heads up make sure to get on that list asap because they don’t take reservations!

've been going to Blainbrook for about two years now and there's been two instances where it has failed to exceed customer service. The first one happened about a year ago with their bartender name Dede/Dee. I politely asked, if they had a menu and she rudely responded " We dont have a menu and I dont have time to tell you our whole menu, there's other people waiting, it's not just you! ". It was a simple question that could've been dealt with better customer service and manners. Second instance, happened this year when the guy at the front desk (much younger gentlemen) told me that there was going to be a wait. There were no resistance there as I understood peak hours were happening. I've waited for about an hour and I saw that there were two new customers he was consulting with, asking for lanes. Before I knew it those two customers were placed in a lane before me. It seems like blainbrook hasnt changed in customer service with my tenure there. A bummer because it's a local alley for me. There's no problems with the lanes/for me. Owner seems nice but their staff seriously needs a lot of work. If you go, dont be surprise if customer service is bad.

Bavarian pretzel The Bavarian pretzel was spot on. It had a bready and chewy shell with a smooth pretzel flavor that didn't get overpowered with large salt pebbles. 4/5 Eggrolls. The eggrolls were fine. They were cooked well, but they may have been frozen before they were fried. Fine for a late night snack. 3/5 Breaded mushrooms The mushrooms were super moist and juicy. And they have a great flavor, but you must like mushrooms because they have a strong earthy after taste. 4.25/5.

Went in to play pinball. Fastest tables ever could not believe the slant. And don't breath heavy on machines or they will tilt.
We waited for 25 minutes for a server to come see us, we ordered drinks and waited another 15 minutes to get them and they were not what we ordered. We then ordered food after 45 minutes of being there waiting. Our food came out wrong not to say it took 50 more minutes to get the food. I will never eat here agine I'm disappointed that I spent money on food that we didn't eat much of, the server never came to see if we were ok, we watched her serve the tables around us and walk past ours. I felt judged by the staff because of our family being mixed race. I'm overly disappointed that our family fun day was ruined.

Brought my 4 yr old son here. We had a blast. Easy to have bumpers up for him. Had light balls he could use and shoes to fit.. wish I would have brought phone in for pics.. we will be returning soon
