Great cocktails and brunch in a fun, comfortable atmosphere. Our bartender was friendly and they have a nice, dog friendly patio. Will definitely go back!
First time customer. I enjoyed the meal. Book club theme but no books!
Had the chef special. Japanese inspired veggie pancake with ham and eggs!!! Sooo amazing! Here for the MyTalk weekly dish with Steph & Steph. Had my True North Cabin Cookbook signed!! The best day ever! The food and service were on point!!!

The Book Club Restaurant offers a charming spot with a warm and inviting interior creating a cozy atmosphere perfect for a relaxing visit. The friendly and welcoming staff strive to make the experience pleasant. The menu features a variety of options, and customers have enjoyed the black coffee, cappuccino, and the huge and delicious breakfast burrito. The rice and bean bowl, kale salad, and good drink options are also popular. A reservation is a must on a Friday night. Cocktails were enjoyed, including an interesting variation on an Old Fashioned and some gin-based drinks. The Mussels and Dumplings were awesome, coming with sneaky spicy pepper slices. Main dishes ranged from the Red Snapper pasta, Turkey Leg confit, and Broccoli Mac n Cheese. The Mac n Cheese was excellent, served in a baking dish to keep it warm, with delicious cheese. The atmosphere is great. The food was good, though the menu isn't appropriately labeled for nut allergies. The banana split had walnut sprinkles. The restaurant has since credited the banana split and plans to update their menus. It is noisy and fun, with fantastic food. The mushroom burger was amazing, and the French Fries were so good – crisp and tender, tasty. The Flat Bread was a huge, cheesy entree, and the Aoli was delicious and very satisfying. The restaurant has stellar Vegan options. Ample parking is available around the block.
