This has been a go-to of mine for years, both dine-in and takeout, and it's not once resulted in a bad meal. But here's what gets them a 6th star out of 5: they are the only establishment I've ever found that deals with tipping the way restaurants should—the menu announces that "tipping is not expected" and there is no service fee either. The menu prices are just what they need to be for staff to be given proper wages and benefits.

Finally writing a review for the E Hennepin Ave location. I’ve been going here for a few years and consistency is really important to me. Every time I go the service and the food have been great. The food comes out delicious and hot. Also the portions are consistent too. You know what you’re getting and it’s never disappointing. If you have any issues they will correct it without push back. I cannot recommend Brasa enough. We have been in the restaurant several times, but more recently, we chose Brasa to cater our wedding, and everything from the food to the communication with the events team was excellent. We had appetizers served during cocktail hour in addition to dinner, as well as cookies for dessert, and everything was delicious - we received several compliments from the guests about the food.
