We decided to check out BWW with our boys while in town from Wisconsin. Was very odd to seat ourselves on a Saturday night, but the waitress that greeted us when we sat was nice and helpful at first. We were not a fan of having to scan a code with our phone and making our order online ourselves. The whole point of going out to eat is so we don't have to do the work. We were also told we had to order ourselves, because it was "shift change" at 5pm, but we didn't see any servers...read full review
