Came in around 930am, the floor outside Pateen was pretty quiet. Was greeted politely by the barista who got my Breve order done well and quickly. I appreciated the kind and thoughtful bit of small talk she prompted as we closed my order, it added a nice tone to my morning. The breve was a deep rich pick me up.
The price you pay for 1) not taking credit in 2018 an d 2) not warning me until you've made my food and I'm ready to pay and 3) suggesting that I can get cash at a nearby ATM while you wait is that you get to write off the food and coffee you just made.
Great coffee! Plus you get a 20% discount if you bring your own cup. Patteen and her employees are so friendly! Love this place! The baked goods are delicious and are made on site. Yum!
