Went here for lunch for two and spent around $45 for two rice dishes and a drink. Had no issues with the service or atmosphere. I would say the flavor of the dishes was good, maybe a bit heavy on the sauce. There’s also shichimi togarashi and sansho pepper spice if you want to add some to your order. The dish pictured is the miso katsu don which was $17. A bit expensive, but this is in Minneapolis.
I don’t even know where to start. Decided to do a DoorDash and order the option of their strawberry matcha jelly. I called in to make sure no ice was added to be able to refrigerate the drink and would sip the following morning before our flight @ 5 am. He explained, unfortunately, it wouldn’t be a latte but it’s actually a dessert and the reason why lattes are not on DoorDash, due to it watering down and possibly matcha setting in and separating, which made total sense....
When ordering takeout they package very thoughtfully and keep things separate, ie tempura is kept outside the udon so it stays crispy. I really like both the matcha and coffee jelly, and the udon broth base has a rich flavor while the noodles themselves are fresh.
