I’ve been coming to basement bar for YEARS & Josh has always been my favorite bartender. It’s important to trust your bartender & he’s someone I can always rely on!
Small night club but definitely worth visiting for the feral
I did not get to try any food there but the music was great and it has a good atmosphere.

The Basement Bar offers an escape from the heat with a dark atmosphere and friendly staff. It can be hit or miss with the crowd being young and college-oriented. While the bathrooms may be dirty and there could be a weird smell, there are plenty of games to enjoy, including darts, pinball, and a pong table. The drinks are cheap and sometimes generous, although some may find them weak. The music is decent, especially with the fun bands playing on weekends. The service can vary from rude to friendly, but many customers appreciate bartenders like Josh, who is reliable. The bar has a bit of an early closing time, but the food experience can be mixed; some have enjoyed the atmosphere while others have found the food, like the dishes from the Haunted Basement tasting meal, unbalanced and unappetizing. Despite these mixed reviews, the atmosphere is decent, especially with some outdoor speakers and plenty of seating in long couch groupings. Overall, it's a place where giving people a chance can lead to an enjoyable experience.
