YUM YUM YUM!!! Gluten-free bread and treats and Big Watt caffeinated water! Super knowledgable staff and awesome at what they do. I can't wait to go back. My Reuben was outstanding.

Three atmosphere is comfortable and casual. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food is gourmet and classy! Not just a routine sandwich. Extra perks and goodies. I loved the Trout Reuben Grain Bowl.

First visit to Carbon Kitchen and 100% will be returning!! Literally writing this review before we are even done eating because it is SO good. Delicious and healthy! A must visit in NE!

Our first time visiting Carbon Kitchen. We shared the Hot Italian sandwich which came with house made potato chips. Also had a locally made craft soda. Food was great and would definitely recommend the place to anyone!

Carbon is my go-to spot for "Dad Night," as my cook game is not strong, and their food is healthy and good. Tonight, they accidentally got my order wrong and made me a turkey reuben instead of a trout one, which is my favorite sandwich in town. I fed the turkey one to my dog, which he loved, and my man Ben at Carbon made me a replacement trout. I got everything I wanted and more. Thank you!

Poor communication. You need to tell people if you cancel their order after you "confirm" it, even if for understandable reasons. Otherwise you're just wasting their time when they could be making alternate plans. I know their food is good and things happen so I'll give them another chance eventually (and update my review), but I was not pleased by this experience.

Also, you should probably lock the door when you close...

Not a good sandwich. I ordered an Italian beef, with "Italian" giardiniera, but it was the watery, vinegar type of giardiniera. That's not an Italian beef. The bread was soggy, and not good.

Food was pretty good, flavorful but heavier than I expected. However I did feel rushed ordering (the menu was a bit confusing for ordering a grain bowl) and the employee was clearly annoyed with my questions. I also noticed another employee rolling their eyes when I asked for a modification. Was given no napkins or utensils for takeout and didn’t see them in the restaurant. Safe to say I won’t be back as a result.

Best reuben sandwich in the country, bar none! They make everything in house including slow-roasting their meats.

They also have amazing vegetarian offers and delicious giardiniera and other fresh/cold veggie salads. A+++

Fast service, the bread my sandwich came on was so so good (ciabatta) and they had THC beverages in cans which was great. Such a great lunch spot!
