Phenomenal food and a wonderful chef! We had Caribbean Kitchen cater an evening fundraiser at the Windward Fest in Wayzata last month.
I was thrilled by the delicious and soulful food, including favorites like conch fritters and little key lime pie tarts. The beans and rice and the jambalaya was amazing too.
I saw people going back for thirds!
The chef/owner is the sweetest, kindest, most helpful guy in the world too!

Absolutely love the food here. Nick catered our family dinner over Christmas. Everything we had was well enjoyed by the entire family! The smothered pork chops were incredible as were the mango glazed wings!! The Bahamian mac and cheese was delicious as well.
