Long lines but moves fast. It’s located in Terminal 2 Humphrey, MSP airport. It’s the only coffee shop next to Security checkpoint and between Subway and Cocina del Barrio and on the way to baggage claim. Has a nice sitting area to charge your phone. Lots of breakfast goodies and a variety of coffee or coolers to choose from.
I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese at the Terminal 2 Caribou. The bagel was very nice, warm, chewy and flavorful. The cream cheese was served separately in a plastic condiment cup. I did not request, nor was I asked whether I wanted the the bagel sliced. It was served unsliced so request if you prefer otherwise. There was plenty of cream cheese to smear on the torn-off bagel pieces. I really enjoyed.
I'm glad this place was there. It was a good place to get some work done while waiting at the airport. That being said, I got two drinks and one of them wasn't what I ordered. Another thing I would have liked to have been different is that all the (egg) sandwiches have either meat or cheese and they are premade, so you are stuck with them the way they are. Nonetheless things weren't horrible and the coffee was OK.
