We just arrived in MPLS! After a 4am flight departure, and now it's 9:25an MPLS time and the ladies are rude and not opening up shop. Gates down, won't tell us when it will open. I always look forward to this Caribou when I enter MPLS but this is sort of crazy today!

This is a photo of my Spinach, artichoke and egg sandwich. Those 2 little green specks are the spinach I guess. Not sure if there is a shred of artichoke in there or not. Disappointing experience.

Terminal 2 Caribou so understaffed. Takes 30 minutes + for a 15 member line to reach the counter. Many people leave after 30 minutes standing in line.. realizing they will never be served before flight.

One of the worst Caribou experiences I've had. All of the staff were slow and inattentive to the line forming. I think a couple were making drinks for themselves (?) Also, half of them were on their phones while I waited for my drink. The matcha was hot, but that's about all the positives I can give it. It was more milk than matcha. Their friendliness with each other at least carried over a bit when interacting with customers. However, after I paid the worker didn't even ask if I wanted my receipt, which I did, and just crumpled it up throwing it away.

I just got a sausage cheddar and egg sandwich and it tasted like FISH. I have never gagged from a good before but this sandwich almost made me throw up. It was so horrible.

None of the posted hours are correct.Line waiting for the 4 am opening, finally at 4:15 someone tried to ask what time they'd be opening and before she could get a sentence out the man yelled, 430! And walked away.

Great friendly staff, top tier. Horrible management and/or oversight. They have a mouse that lives in the fireplace and the layout of the tables and chairs are crammed.
