If there is something I miss about living in MN, it's Caribou Coffee and I cannot make a trip hope without stopping in at least once. While I'm always there for a good cold brew, I was pleasantly surprised that they added a vegan sandwich to their menu and it definitely did not disappoint!
Really great coffee in the airport! I loved stopping in when I was there for my flights. The cake pop was yummy too. I wish they had one back home, but next time I'm in town, I'll be back for a drink!

Who microwaves a bagel? And why did you have to microwave it for 2 minutes? It was so hot, soggy and tough I could barely cut it or bite it. Comparable to biting a tough piece of beef jerky. Why not SLICE the bagel for your customers and put it in a TOASTER? Needless to say it was a real disappointment.
