We got 2 french dip sandwiches with fries and they were great. Fries were fresh and crispy and horseradish and au jus was great as well. Pricey but to be expected for the airport. The restaurant is up a level so you get a great view of everything below. Alison, our server, was super lovely as well.

This seems a step above the normal airport food. Service was prompt and our food arrived quickly and hot. Obviously freshly prepared for our order. Portions were substantial.
The balcony provides a nice view for people watching. Golf club just next door.

Upstairs so not crowded. Service good, very friendly. Breakfast served all day, and we ordered the biscuits and gravy with egg. Absolutely disgusting. It was just bad.

The Worst service ever! The ball head guy has to be the WORST SERVER IN THE U.S.A! I travel the world and experienced good and bad service, and he tops the list of the worst. He was complaining about other customers at the bar and also said, I was weird because I didn't want any ice in my drink because I knew it would get watered down, and I wouldn't get a refill. He said I should get ice because I will i get a refill, but I knew it was a lie. The food was ok, but the service from him was a ZERO! He only brought my one drink and took my order. NEVER GOT A REFILL! BEWARE OF THE TERRIBLE SERVICE IF YOU COME HERE!

This was probably the worst service I have experienced anywhere before. I have celiac disease & my expectations are pretty low, typically the best I find is a garden salad somewhere which is totally fine. At Ike’s, they had a few salads on the menu & when the server did finally come over, I asked him if the steak salad was gluten free & he responded “what do I look like, a scientist?” Then just stood there staring at me. He didn’t bother to offer to double check or even politely give the we can’t guarantee anything line. We were one of three tables in the entire restaurant, the other two were already eating when we arrived. It was 10 minutes before he even checked in when we sat down, all our cocktails were gone before our food came & we had to stop him to ask for more after he’d walked away without checking. Pretty much every part of our experience seemed to be an inconvenience to him.
As far as the food it was okay. Three of us had steak salads, the steak was very rubbery. The other two had different sandwiches that they did enjoy but not enough to put up with the service again.

This is a great spot to grab a drink or some food before a flight! Matt the bartender is awesome and makes a great Bloody Mary!

The service and food are great, but they still charge an illegal hospitality fee.

After looking at multiple other restaurants in the airport. Even sitting down and leaving one, we found Ike's. Which is hidden upstairs. We had amazing food and wonderful service from Matt. This will be our go-to spot whenever traveling through MSP. Andy's kitchen burger is the perfect blend of flavors. The friendly in person service is what we look for. Thank you for not having an order from an app.

Wonderful service and good quality food. First time ever that I feel like I got what I paid for at an airport.

This is part of the priority pass. I stopped into the lounge for a meal before my flight. Big hand patties burgers. The Patty melt was delicious! The service was great. It’s a nice quiet place to relax before your flight.

Used for priority pass. Only gives $15 offThere's nothing under $15. Understaffed so it takes forever to get anything.

Used to enjoy MSP layovers because it meant stopping at Ike's for all day breakfast. Today was not enjoyable, though. While the bartender was courteous and service was prompt, my steak & eggs (ordered medium) came with a raw piece of beef. While it was seared on both sides the steak was cold in the middle. They offered to refire the steak, but I had a plane to catch and no time to wait for my breakfast to be recooked. In the end I paid $28 for scrambled eggs. The current Ike's location (upstairs near terminal C) also lacks all the atmosphere of the old location (downstairs), which used to have cozy booths and a pub feel. The "clubhouse" upstairs is instead a combination golf shop (literally selling golf shirts) and restaurant. From now on I'll just skip Ike's altogether. And save my layover appetite for my final destination.
