I went in with two other people slightly before 6pm on a Saturday night and asked for a table for six. There were spots available, but we still got stank eye from the staff ; everyone in the party independently noted. We told them five or six people were coming but we were brought three menus. We were immediately asked if we wanted to order drinks. We asked for a minute to look at the menu. A few minutes later we were asked again. We all ordered something. Before the drinks came we were asked if we were ready to order food. At this point we had 4/6 people. We asked for a minute. A few minutes later we were asked again. We decided to order. After we ordered, the fifth person arrived. They ordered separately. We were trying to play a board game and kept getting asked if we wanted to order anything else, if we were done. I literally hadn't taken a single bite of my meal before the waiter had asked TWICE if we were done and ready for the check. I was planning to order another drink. And eat some of the food. I ended up taking the whole meal to go. When I was signing my receipt, the waiter was literally standing at the table waiting, staring at me. Some people didn't arrive immediately, we had come to play board games, and we had left by 7:45. That's one hour and 45 minutes for five people to have drinks , order food, order dessert, pay and leave. Hardly excessive. This was the first time we had met as a group for what was intended to be an ongoing board game group. We probably would have gone there each week and all of us would purchase drinks and food each time. No way we're doing that now. I wanted to send an email to Chatterbox to let them know about this. I wanted to send an email, not write a scathing review, because I wasn't trying to seem like I was trying to defame them in order to get free shit. I just genuinely felt like they went from being "5 stars, one of my fave spots" to "I'm never going there again". Me and several other people in the group commented afterwards how upsetting the experience was. Unfortunately, I couldn't find an email anywhere. They did have other social media, however, so I sent them a message just asking if an email exists (or if I should use social media for communication). It's been over a week. I suspect I will never get one. Given that, here is my next best thing. Bitching into the void.

Was told to check this place out. Mike the bartender, not impressed. Waited forever to take our order, finally went up to the bar and he said he will be with us soon he said he cut his finger. Bar wasn’t busy. 10 minutes later he walked by and we were like hey we are ready. He said give me a bit I cut my finger. He finally came to take our order and I asked about his cut and he said it’s fine. I asked if he needed a bandaid and he said no. Gross. All that for a finger cut that didn’t need a bandaid? Terrible service. Extremely slow for a late Monday night with hardly anyone there.

Ordered from this place 1.5 hours before they closed on Uber Eats. They delayed and delayed and right before their hours closed for the night they cancelled the order. What a terrible experience. I would not recommend.
