I’ve had a couple things off the entree menu. The food I have had has been extremely good. Way way beyond “bar food”. Borderline fancy, super filling, wholesome and tasty, mashed potatoes, vegetables, meat, sauces, all tastefully done. I also like the vibes inside, it’s a little dark and a nice place to hang out.

Solid food, bad service! 30 minutes is too long for food, an hour is unacceptable. Waiters were aimless. No water on arrival. Who’s driving the bus?!

I absolutely love this place! The environment is amazing and the employees are super friendly. The food is spectacular coming out of a 2man crew it is very impressive my girlfriend and I usually get theit burgers or sandwiches. I also made a new friend (I forgot her name I know awful but I believe she was the owner or GM?) and she chatted up a conversation with me. Also get the root beer there it is amazing

Food was great. The first server we had was decent, the next two were frankly quite rude and acted as though we were ruining there night by being there. Their server went down right as we tried to get our checks causing us to wait 45 mins for a solution. They refused to accept cash, then the waitress asked us to write our credit card numbers on a notepad to be charged later. Hell no. The system magically came online again when we started writing down our phone numbers to pay later. Its too bad the service and payment were super sketchy because the food and atmosphere were pretty good.

Completely unprepared for a rush. Took 3 hours to get food out, could not handle the drink orders, and then they used my card and paid for me and somebody else's food. Yes I disputed the charges and got my money back.
Molly and Katy were so awesome and made the most fantastic drinks! This bar is so cozy and very stylish. I have had it on my list for years and am so glad I tried it out — A Minneapolis staple.

the food was quite good, though our service was terrible— we were stuck there for two hours while every other table were only there for an hour or so. it all felt odd seeing as everyone else had attentive service, while my date and i got next to none. the couple beside us got there 10 minutes after us and were done an hour before us, even with the same staff, while ordering more drinks and food than us. they didn’t even give us napkins or condiments until after we were done eating. i will not be coming back, it was very uncomfortable for us as we felt very singled out :(
