Kabomelette was a huge hit at our daughter's after-wedding brunch at Boom Island. The attendance was fantastic and they all raved about the food. I don't know how you make such tasty omelettes, they're a step up for sure! And substantial portions--welcome after a night of dancing. Chelsea and Greg's Kabomelette is delicious! Their fare is creative and unique, and their presence in the Twin Cities community always impresses. Look for them at a food truck festival near you, or consider them for your event catering needs- you will be glad you did!

2nd year in a row we’ve had them out for employee appreciation. As usual, they didn’t disappoint and the food is awesome! Very nice, personable and professional. Highly recommend if you’re looking for awesome people (support small business!) and amazing breakfast.
