Cheesecake Funk

This cheesecake beats Cafe Latte by a lot. The crust is actually a graham cracker crust, though it's just a tad bit cinnamon-y. Very good price for that classic cheesecake taste! Definitely the best I've come across in the cities thus far.

The cheesecakes were exquisite at our wedding! Guests raved about their creamy, rich texture. The turtle cheesecake was a particular favorite—so decadent! I cannot say enough wonderful things about their cheesecake and service! Vanessa messaged me back within minutes of reaching out to her, after normal business hours. I ordered 2 dozen assorted mini’s and they were spectacular! I wish I had her crust recipe because it was the best I’ve ever had! You don’t need to think twice about her cheesecake as it’s really the greatest I’ve had. I will definitely order again!! Thank you!

I’ve used Vanessa’s full size cheesecakes for many of our holiday celebrations. ALL the flavors are sensational but the pumpkin cheesecake for Thanksgiving is out of this world! Make sure to get the extra whipped cream! We served the new mini cheesecakes (all different flavors) for a shower and people went crazy for them!! Vanessa’s service is personal and lovely!!

Wow, I think this is THE BEST cheesecake I've ever had! I first had Cheesecake Funk at The Butcher's Tale in Minneapolis and we were blown away. So, we decided to order one for a birthday party, and it was fantastic. We went with just the original flavor, which tasted great! It was dense, yet airy in all the right ways. The crust was delicious as well. We highly recommend this place. The one thing I wish was different was the ability to order by the slice, so you could try more than one flavor. Apart from that, we had no regrets finishing our whole mini cake lol!

The cheesecake here is unmatched! Ordering is easy, the customer service is top notch, pickup is straightforward, and you are getting fresh and high quality dessert. I ordered the new confetti celebration cheesecake and the mini’s platter. The crust is elite and the cheesecake is so creamy. The mini platter is a great way to try some of the most popular flavors all in one go. Vanessa does a remarkable job of creating some unique and delicious cheesecake flavors. This cheesecake is Prince approved for a reason!!

It’s truly the best cheesecake I have ever had. A unique flavor that no other cheesecake has and it absolutely works. All of the flavors I have tried so far have been winners (original, turtle, and pumpkin). Cheesecake Funk is phenomenal!!
