Rojo used to be my favorite place in town after work. Best marg I've ever had. I went to Chi Chi's and the frozen marg was awful. So disappointing! Why change a great thing!?! I'll give it one more chance but if now blown away I'll shift to Yard house. Such a bummer!

Service was stellar 👌 ✨️ Atmosphere great. Food was somewhat disappointing. The Seafood Enchiladas weren't at all reminiscent of Chi Chi's. Served in a skillet, lots of Seafood, but didn't taste like the original ones Chi Chi's served. Spanish rice wasn't liked by anyone who ordered them. I liked the sweet rice. I'm a huge fan of refried beans, but again not reminiscent of Chi Chi's. The food was really more like Rojas food

First time in over 20 years. Used to go to the original Chi Chis in Richfield. Salsa and chips were really good. Loved the chimi. Crisp and flavorful. The fried ice cream is still the best. Will definitely return.

3 of us went and all hated the food! Sad to say. They changed the menu, no refried beans (pork and beans) no orange caso(white cheese bland) chimmys had almost NO chix mostly tortilla, the burrito was vinegary (my friend say). The ONLY GOOD THING WAS OUR SERVER MARON!!!! We will NEVER go back. Food awful!!

Overall this was a great experience. Although I feel like they had too much reliance on just chili powder for the Mexican rice and burrito sauce. Don't get me wrong, it was good, but could use more depth in the spices. The huge standout was our server, Moira. She was the best! Great fun attitude, good knowledge of the menu items, great at quick check ins, and made sure the chip bowls were never empty. And speaking of the chips and salsa, they are phenomenal!

I don't write many reviews, however, my experience at Chi-Chi's is deserving! Food was superior - The best street corn I've tasted and my Meatloaf was phenomenal! Service was very good as well. The ambiance is super unique with hanging plants, which I love. Now I understand all the hype!! I'm excited to return!

We started with chips and queso. Then for lunch we had Fajitas and Chimichanga. Brianna suggested sweet rice and that was a great add. Finished with fried ice cream. The only thing would be a bit of a wait to get a seat.
Getting a table for 8 without a reservation was a problem. They split our group because they had a group coming in on a reservation, that group never showed. Otherwise everything else was great.

The chips and salsa are just as I remember. Light and crispy with a flavorful mild salsa. Had the chicken Chimichanga and although smaller than I remember, the flavor great. My only wish is for the old-school refried beans instead of what they currently sell.

So happy Chi Chi’s is back! It was just like I remember it! The chips and salsa, the chimichangas and fried ice cream hit the spot. Sarah our server was THE BEST. We couldn’t get a reservation and they said the wait would be an hour and a half. We were sat within 30 minutes.
