Often, lovely food cooked simply can be the best. That was my experience at Chilango. Fish tacos with a side of charred peppers and onions plus a side of red rice. Staff are trying really hard. Give ‘em a chance. They have a great mezcal selection too!

Vibes were right, food was great, drinks were great, service was nicely timed. Really no notes! Our favorites were the papas machas & smoked brisket tacos—very delicious and the tacos had a nice little kick. Also ordered chips & queso and Brussels sprouts. Queso fell a little mild on flavor, Brussels sprouts were bangin’. Definitely recommend trying it out!

Absolutely delicious and a well needed addition to the TC food scene showcasing elevated mexican cuisine. The Skil'Pak pumpkin seed appetizer was 10/10 with unique flavors that is unlike anything I've tried before and the home made tortilla chips were delicious. Was there with a group and La Parillada was our choice for entree, which has a little bit of everything. Cocktails were creative and never too sweet or bitter. Cheers to Guzman and team for another success.

For my Latin people, Chilangos is an experience that you cannot miss. From the moment you walk in until you leave, the atmosphere, food and service envelop you.
The music connects you with our roots, the service is warm, and if you are a fan of spicy food, this place is a paradise. Do you prefer something softer? Their dishes are still just as delicious, and you can always order the spicy one on the side.
And the drinks? There is something for all tastes: sweet cocktails, wines for the most demanding, and mezcals that will surprise you. Just ask and they will surely have it.
A curious detail: men, bathroom on the right; women, left. They'll thank me later.
