Ate here with my husband on a Saturday night waiting for our flight, and Dylan took real good care of us. They were short staffed and still provided up to par service! Food was great, not busy, friendly service, just an overall good time. Thanks Dylan!

Food and service were great. However we ordered a Margarita specifing rail liquor / just a regular one. I was surprised when it cost $25!! When we questioned the price we were told it was a double pour on each alcohol. We didn't ask for that and weren't told in advance. Buyer beware! Margarita prices are not listed on the menu!!

Waited for almost 20 minutes for the waitress to give our menus and then we left because they never did. This place had horrible service. Do not come here if you want a decent meal on time. There is a pizza place in front of Chili’s. Do yourselves a favor and go there.

May have the brand name, but the menu here is laughable. They really only serve bar food and basic appetizers. You can get chicken strips or a burger at a lot of other places and far cheaper...and faster. Big swing and a miss Chili's.

This is a subpar take on the real Chilis. They don’t serve even half of the Chilis menu. No servers. You order from your table with a QR code so good luck making special choices or requests. There is no customer service to comment on, because there was no one serving you. I love Chilis and eat there on a regular basis. Fajitas $25 (steak) were a shame. The meat looked old and sad. I wouldn’t even let me daughter eat it. Everything seemed like it had been sitting for hours and was microwaved. No good. Disappointing to the real chilis. Food court would have been a better option.

The food was horrible and was not worth the price in the slightest. The service was as good as it can get when you to order and pay with your phone

Stopped here while awaiting a next flight. My fiance and I were waiting about 25 minutes, three different waitresses all made eye contact with me and didn't bother to say one word, not even a hello and continued to help people that came in after us. We had to get up and leave because we were being ignored and as I was walking by the waitress in our area, I said that we were here before the people she was serving, she just looked away and kept ignoring us. I'm shocked how ignorant they were. Will never return and will be warning everyone about this awful service. Reading the previous reviews, seems like they need all new staff.

Service was very poor. Waiting 1/2 hr in line, end up people started seating in empty seats. No care or people to mange when guest comes in. There are lot of other good restaurants in MSP. My advise is never consider the one at MSP airport. Really really bad service. I will never consider this one again in my life and I will do my level best to pass this on.

Stopped by Chili’s during a flight at the Minneapolis airport, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. I ordered the chicken crispers, but they were a letdown—tasted like they were fried in old oil, with a heavy, greasy flavor that overwhelmed the dish.

The service didn’t help either. Even though the place was mostly empty with several two-seater tables available, we were given a table with no charging outlet. When we asked to switch, the server declined, saying it might get busy and that other tables were for larger groups. That didn’t line up with what we saw—plenty of small tables were still free.

On a positive note, the molten chocolate cake we ordered for dessert was actually really good.

All in all, not a great stop for a meal, especially with the unfriendly service and poor food quality. The dessert was the only redeeming part of the visit.

Surprisingly Bad experience at Chili’s St. Paul Airport. The Bartender was so chatty and flirty with a regular customer that she failed to service others sitting at the bar including me. The lady next to me had to request her check. I tried to place a food order and she explained she’d be right back with me. Not only did she not come back, she served drinks to 3 new customers and her regular customer and finished her conversation with him before she even walked back by to ask “any food for you?” I was so disappointed I just paid for my drink and over tipped and left my full glass and walked out. Terrible service! Of course I was the only African American customer in the bar. 🤦🏽‍♂️

My experience here was not great the serive needs improvement bad. Get rid of the QR codes and treat people as humans not as an annoyance.
