Very overpriced and slow service. My credit card saw a lot of unauthorised transactions after I made a payment at Chili's.

SO EXPENSIVE
If you think all Chili’s are the same, think again. Chelle and her partner in crime are a joy to watch. They care about their jobs and customers, working in tandem to efficiently handle a busy crowd waiting for their planes, usually impatiently so. Chilis (and any other restaurant) could make an excellent case study about how customers love to be treated! Very well done!!!

Classic Chilis. Good margaritas and fajitas, and even better tunes. Felt like a flash back to 1995.

I am going to buck the trend here and say I had a superb experience. Ordering by phone was cool and easy. The hot food came within minutes. For an airport the prices are superb. No gouging. The boneless wings were incredible ... huge portion, and mean huge, fresh white chicken, buffalo spicy, great value. Great beer too. I am sorry others have had a bad time here, I am a Google Local Guide and I loved it.

The setup with ordering on the phone is a good idea for a traveler that needs to get in and out. For the exhausted traveler, the frustration comes when you have a question or need attention from a human. The hostess seated quickly wiped the table and seated us, she did not speak clearly and I heard follow me, other person in my party heard wait a minute. Either way, we did get seated. The waitress came and informed us to scan the QR code to order. Kitchen staff brought meal and drinks. Had to wait a long time to see waitress again. Asked for drink refills, she did not ask what we had just put her head down. She did return with the wrong refills. So, the only part she played in the meal was to tell us to order and then to rudely not respond and then get the drinks wrong. This is not appropriate service. Maybe rethink the no contact thing.

I need to order from my phone, they add a “hospitality charge” (whatever that is) and then suggest a 20% tip. Get real. Then they have an up charge for dressing on a Caesar salad. Not recommended

Shared the Triple Dipper with my wife. May be one of the best egg rolls I have ever tasted. Mozzarella sticks were perfect, and the BBQ boneless wings were excellent. Only thing that was better than the food was the service. Selecta did an outstanding job serving us while at MSP.

Good bar fare at MSP made even better by the bartender, Tony, who went above and beyond with every patron. He was professional, friendly, and pleasant to talk to.
