Waitress told me I could order with her or use QR code. Disappeared completely. Ordered with QR code. Got food eventually, never got waitress or refill after that. You feel like you’re working for the employees, not a customer.

This Chili's makes you order through a QR code. My order didn't go through for some reason. The food delivered person came to help. She claimed to be there to help us and she did fix whatever was broken. The order went in and she delivered our food. Never came back to check on us. We flagged her down for refill on drinks, she wasn't to thrilled about that.

You have to pay by phone too. They suggested tip amounts, but the tip amounts (dollars) were far higher than the percentages listed. Beware of that trick. And, why am I tipping at all if there are no servers?

Bad experience. Do not recommend.

This is my normal spot for breakfast. However, the servers’ were so bad. I decided never come back again. I had an early flight and arrived before 5am. I waited until 4:55am and asked an old gentleman when the restaurant would open. He told me at 5 am indifferently. Later on, I waited after 5am. I asked the gentleman whether it’s open now. He didn’t say anything. I decided to sit myself. Right after I sat down, an old lady came to me and told me rudely they were not ready and I needed to wait for them to sit me. I told her I already waited after 5am but nobody looked after me. She insisted on kicking me out of restaurant and kept me waiting at the entrance. I decided to go to the other restaurant instead. This was the poorest dining experience ever!

On a biz trip, stopped by around 12:45 for lunch. I was greeted out front by a lady who said we are not taking anymore customers due to shortage of workers! That’s laughable and I wonder the franchisee or owners in this joint know this is going on! Can’t make any money that way big dawg

Went to dinner tonight with my Sister-in-law for her birthday with some other friends and had a wonderful time. We had a server I believe her name was Jordan she was wonderful. Super fast service very lively server the food was 10/10 I don’t live in Minneapolis but I would love to come back just to see her again I love you girl keep doing your best and screw all these other haters!❤️❤️❤️

Atrocious staff. Chili’s is a pre-flight ritual for me but I’ll definitely not be adhering to tradition next time I’m flying out of Minneapolis. Awful attitudes all around.

Ate here with my husband on a Saturday night waiting for our flight, and Dylan took real good care of us. They were short staffed and still provided up to par service! Food was great, not busy, friendly service, just an overall good time. Thanks Dylan!

Food and service were great. However we ordered a Margarita specifing rail liquor / just a regular one. I was surprised when it cost $25!! When we questioned the price we were told it was a double pour on each alcohol. We didn't ask for that and weren't told in advance. Buyer beware! Margarita prices are not listed on the menu!!

Waited for almost 20 minutes for the waitress to give our menus and then we left because they never did. This place had horrible service. Do not come here if you want a decent meal on time. There is a pizza place in front of Chili’s. Do yourselves a favor and go there.
