The food was nice and hot as were the fries, and prepared exactly how we ordered it. Good tunes playing and all staff were very nice!

Why is this place still open, for being rated 2.9 out of 5 stars; for places that are less than 4, 3 stars rating should be closed

Terrible food, terrible service. Nobody around to greet or seat you, and food was straight up cold.

I just went through here. I've never stopped to eat even though I go through MSP regularly. The self ordering thing is kinda weird. and when i thought i was done, i was waiting for someone to come by with a bill and the guy told me i had to do it by logging into the qrcode link again. I almost walked out of there thinking I had somehow paid because the website was done with me. I'm pretty sure other people left without paying as i was going in because i overheard staff pointing out a group that had just walked out. This self service phone system is garbage and it's all in an effort to cut labour costs and staffing. My food was good, it came quickly, i was in, done and out in under 35 minutes. There was a guy working near me and he was very helpful and friendly. He told me how the place worked (i obviously looked clueless), he brought my food and drinks, checked on me, and told me about the going back in the website to pay when i was obviously done. His help and advice was all unprompted, he understands the job. He is an older black gentleman, maybe 50-60 yrs old? I was there in some time in the afternoon. Anyways, he deserves a raise.I took a quick flip through the low 1 star ratings and i didn't get some of them at all. Those who said nobody greeted them at the entrance...there's a sign saying you can seat yourself although i'll admit the design of the entrance makes it look like someone will take you to a table.

No one to greet you. I had to ask if it was ok to seat myself. They served me luke warm food with spoiled fruit. I had to get up and ask for silverware. I explained the issue to the server she walked away to clean tables and seat other people, then had the nerve to ask if I wanted a to go box. Didn’t acknowledge my concern. Then I told her no I don’t want the food she said let me tell my manager. The manager nor server empathized or apologized. They gave me 10% off to shut me up. She took my card to ring me up and instead of checking me out she started serving other people. I can’t believe the level of service, negligence and ignorance on their part. Worst service ever

Came here to chill for my layover from St. Louis to Seattle. Was seated and scanned QR code. Waitress walks up and asks what she can get me. I asked for some time. Some time later she came back and I ordered a $10 PBR 20 punch and a burger.Beer comes back, no coaster, no glass of water.Floors are dirty, it's too brightly lit, understaffed and lifeless. 10 dollar low end beer is young thing, but they don't bring you water with your drink or a coaster to keep your table dry and beer secure, they're not friendly and they're dirty, how is this a reprieve from the troubled and trials of travelling. Find another place to go while in Minneapolis.

I had an unexpected delay here at the airport and decided to have lunch at Chili's. I had the bacon avocado grilled chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The chicken was juicy, cooked and seasoned perfectly. It is a hefty sandwich served with fries. I could only eat half of it so I will have the other have for dinner. Karen's service was excellent. She is extremely polite and professional, she did everything with a smile.

Decided to eat here on Friday 9/8/23, since we had time until boarding our plane. They have QR codes on the table that you can scan, order your food, and then pay. It was me and my 2 siblings. We all did separate orders using the QR codes and all individually paid for our orders. After we were done we went down to our gate. While waiting to board we were approached by 2 police officers that informed us Chili's had reported that we "dined and dashed". We had to show proof of our receipts, which we did, and the officers left. Absolutely ridiculous to be confronted in the busy airport like that. Maybe you guys should not use a QR system if you are going to accuse the people that use it of "dining and dashing". RIDICULOUS!! Not only did I pay my bill I tipped 20%, which I wish I could absolutely take back.
