Ordered at 6:15 with a website estimate of 45 minute delivery time. 7:20, nothing- so I called to ask when I could expect my delivery. "Oh, we're swamped. I t shouldLEAVE in about 10 minutes." So I'm now going on an hour and a half with no delivery. I get being swamped, but either communicate with your customers, or put a realistic timeframe on your website.
