I told the employee I had a pick up order. Employee on the line didn't even bother to check if it was done just said it will be ready soon and that they ran out of chips and had me wait for 3 minutes before figuring out it was on the counter the whole time.

it's a little hard to find it, but it's right by where the skywalk connects two buildings together. if you enter from the street, take the escalator up and walk around until you run into it on the 2nd

Just curious why online orders are half the size they are if you were to order in-store??? just to be sure I ordered online and had my husband order his meal in store and the comparison is crazy! Unable to upload pics but will keep trying
