My husband and I ordered food through the app from this store and we both got insanely small portions of food for what we ordered. He got a burrito the size of a can and I got a bowl that wasn’t even half full. We tried contacting support via multiple avenues and the most response we got was from their chat bot who just said “sorry”. We paid over $50 for this food. We’re never getting chipotle again. Qdoba is cheaper, you get more food and is better anyway.

This particular chipotle tends to be understaffed with high employee turnover so the food quality can vary quite a bit but most of the time the food is still the usual great stuff. It is also a very busy chipotle and the food is usually ready about 10 minutes after your order time if you order ahead for pickup. Parking is hard to find.

Seeing lots of people complaining about portion sizes, but ironically this is the biggest burrito ive ever been served. Service was fast too. All tasted as it should. Pleasantly suprised as i expected worse from reviews.

On Saturday 01/04 at about 4:45pm the two ladies working on making my bowl and checking us out were the nicest and best service I have ever gotten at chipotle! They were so amazing and personable!

Just the usual mess of missing ingredients, but today? Oh, today they took the trophy for ‘Most Embarrassing Location.’ No queso, no sour cream, no pico de gallo due to “supply chain issues”. Meanwhile, I can drive 10 minutes to another spot, and they have everything. Do they not feel shame at this point? And how does the other location have 10x more foot traffic but 20x cleaner than yours? How do you all manage that? Amazing.

This Chipotle location is an absolute disaster! The place is filthy, with dirty tables and trash all over. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced—staff was rude, unhelpful, and acted like they couldn't care less. The food was awful, bland, and the portion sizes were ridiculously small. I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business. They need to fire everyone and hire new, professional staff who actually care. I will never, ever return to this dump again. Total waste of time and money!

Ordered a to-go order for a kids meal with chips and a bowl with extra meat. Didn’t get the chips and there was less than the standard amount of meat, not more. Would not recommend this location if you want good service.

Easily the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Given them multiple chances and every time I regret ordering here. Order is always wrong unless made in front of me, meat is undercooked, everything is cold/tastes wrong. Stay far away from this location if you value your health.

Previous review: Honestly Chipotle corporate needs to sort out the online ordering so the stores are not so behind. This is my second time waiting a long time past my promised order delivery.
The staff was great, though. Calm under pressure and working very hard to keep up. The cashier communicated clearly and efficiently where they were at.
