Went out to eat with my husband the workers where rude the place was a mess the word mess is putting it nicely it took the workers 5 minutes to finish making my bowl because they kept walking away from it and helping customers that got there after me such a bad experience

Customer service is unprofessional and do not care. Took like 15 min to help about 3 people. One of the employees mocked my “accent” all together felt uncomfortable about how i was treated as the only woman in the restaurant at the time.

Awful, employees were rude and disinterested, the same employee walked away from my wife’s food about 4 times without finishing it to help customers behind us instead, they also rolled their eyes at us for things we asked for on our food, the chicken was burnt and crispy in my bowl as well and the drink area was disgusting and trashed as well and the garbages were overflowing too, last time I’ll ever go there, horrible

Go anywhere else but here. The service is unbelievably inefficient. Couldn't believe the length of the line at 3:25. After several minutes in line, I realized it wasn't worth it. I chose to drive 15 miles round trip and to sit in rush hour traffic. I could get more efficient service from someone on a street corner with a hibachi. Anywhere is better than this location.

please close this chipotle i cant take it anymore. i want to doordash chipotle and not find a dead rat in my 1/4 full bowl. why are you always out of rice. why do your employees get mad when i want rice. please for the love of god put it out of its misery
I walk in to this store all the time and normally the service,portions and food are good. But I decided to order online and was extremely disappointed . I paid for extra chicken and it looked like I barley had the full original portion. Then I got chips and guacamole and the guacamole was horrible it tasted like nothing but mushed alvacdo with nothing in it no sault no lime juice nothing. I understand everybody has off days but to mess up 2 things in the same order that was just a bowl and chips is crazy.

The person making my bowl moved like a turtle i believe he had to put an effort in to move that slow ?. Worst than watching someone move that slow was the fact; he barely wanted to give me any food... he crossed the line when he tried to gave me a little bit of guacamole that's when I knew I was writing a review... it's bad enough I had to ask him to put more of everything rice, tomatoes, corn etc... but something I pay extra for (guacamole) is ridiculous....The guy ahead of me ordered green peppers and he actually gave him 2 lol and the guy had to request more and he gave him 2 more...

This place gave me a food poison two weeks ago, the stuff they keep the black beans is dirty and disgusting, the lady that works specials pregnant one don’t care a bit, not wearing gloves, whatever that drops puts back in the bowl ugh, they should rethink about employee of that kind intentions ??
