When Nico’s took the old Tinto’s location, I had to try it. The first entree I tried was the Flautas Verdes. Yummmm. I had them with carnitas. What a tasty dish. The carnitas and the flautas shells were great. But the best was the tomatillo sauce and crème agria. I’ve had lots of good Mexican food, but it’s often not the sauces that are memorable. From the moment you walk in, the energetic, JOYFUL buzz is palatable. It feels like an authentic, family-owned restaurant, because it is! Friendly, welcoming hosts; fresh, homemade salsas; from-scratch margaritas... We plan to be regulars. xoxo
