Cowboy Jack's Downtown Minneapolis

I had such a great experience at Cowboy Jack’s in Minneapolis. From the moment we sat down our server Sebastian was friendly and made us feel so welcome. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. The queso with taco beef was 10/10. Drinks were very good and priced well. Will be coming back. Huge shoutout to Sebastian – if you come here, definitely ask for him!

Don't know about the food. Waited over 45 minutes for appetizers and never got them. While all the other tables around us were getting food. Bad experience for my first time at this location. Don't know if I will come back.

I couldn’t think of a positive thing to say if you gave me all day

Stopped for drinks before the Cubs/Twins game. Because it was a noon game, this was the only place we could find open two hours before the game. And it was a great pick. It was quiet when we arrived but filled up as it got closer to the start of the game. The vibe was fun and easy-going. Good drinks and beer selection and friendly servers. It's a must-stop.

Cowboy Jacks is always fun. Love the rooftop, when it's not too busy. What happened to the swing chairs under the pergola??? They need to bring that back.

Really expansive and lively space for dinner or a night out. Our server Kat, was wonderful, very kind, and took great care with our large party.

mae is literally the best server i’ve ever had in my entire life she is AMAZING!!! her vibes are so cool and she makes all of us feel connected to her and loved. she’s like my bestie i love her so much she deserves the world please give her a raise.

Ryder is so amazing my boyfriend lost his phone and they were closing in 10 mins she’s looked everywhere until she found it in 96 degree weather and even let us come get it amazing Customer service wish I had cash will be back to give tip

Went there for a little “date night,” our waitress didn’t seem to care about coming to our table at all. My boyfriend’s food came out first and almost an HOUR later my food finally came out, the waitress never came back to refill our waters even after telling us she would. She was too focused on taking videos and pictures with the couple at the table next to us taking shots. When my food finally came out it wasn’t correct however our waitress stopped checking in on us all together and at that point I didn’t care anymore. We talked to the manager/security? and he didn’t seem to care either
