The flavors included Lemon Twist (Vanilla cake with lemon buttercream and custard) and Wedding Twist (Almond cake with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam). They also served mini lemon tarts, hazelnut chocolate mousse cups, and salted chocolate chip cookies. The team is kind, helpful, and genuinely wonderful to work with. Hark Bakery is by appointment only and catering/made-to-order. The desserts are delicious and beautifully done.
