One 1️⃣ f the dryer ciders is a perfect pairing for what I had. A perfect lunch time surprise and some nice demonstration of care in creating these treats.“

I kid you not, what I saw on my plate looked and tasted exactly like the crepe I ate at a very old small side street cafe set near the gates of the Palace of Versaille! “I had a long layover at Minneapolis airport so I odered from Vitali's on Doordash. The food was excelent and got a here very quickly. I had a personal eggplant pizza and it was really good and flavorful. The texture was still great even though I was not eating it totally fresh. I would highly recommend them!“

I’ve never had whipped cream like it before and it’s honestly the best I’ve ever tasted so don’t skimp on it. I also tried one of the croffels and was blown away by the many layers familiar to croissants made crispy by being cooked in a waffle iron. I can’t say enough about the flavors and textures experienced at Paris Crepes & Boba Tea. The cherry on the top is the speedy and friendly service. We slipped into Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café on the north end, first floor of Mall of America, and for an hour, the world outside could wait. The space was effortlessly elegant, the kind of place where you linger a little longer, and the staff—guided by an attentive general manager—made it feel as if our table was the only one that mattered. We shared the Nordic Crêpe, bursting with savory flavor, and the Bonne Maman—French for good mother and as sweet as its name. I sipped an Iced Strawberry Matcha that was so pretty it felt like wearing pearls before noon. Everything was délicieux, the kind of food you want to both savor slowly and order again immediately. We almost ordered a third crêpe but stopped ourselves, deciding instead to save that moment for another day… with our daughter at the table.
