It’s as if I should never go to another crisp and green in my life I waiting 17 minutes for the rice to be cooked when I was told it would be 10 it’s just so unfortunate that my time was wasted and I didn’t get to eat either !!!

I had an issue with an order, I was told I’d get a refund. I’ve called the store four separate times! I’ve been told I’ll get a refund and a call back. I’ve still not received a refund or a call back. What horrible costumer service. $17 down the drain.

Stellar experience here. Super friendly staff and a very neat and tidy shop. Their parm crisp is also not burnt and therefore 10x better than the one over on Lake Street by Bde Maka Ska.

Called in to just say hey, you might want to think about including them next time and the staff asked me if I had indicated that on my order. Apparently, Customer Service is dead. I know they don’t care, but I’ll never order from them again.

Crisp & Green is the place to go in Dinkytown when you want something healthy, cheap, and fast. The staff at this location are always pretty cool, too. Be warned that parking sucks all around here and UMPD give out parking tickets left and right because they have nothing better to do.
