My chicken ceaser was so good!

I was charged 18$ for a fiesta bowl. I asked the cashier twice to make sure it was correct. The food is good but it's way too expensive, I was actually shocked a food place that isn't a restaurant is charging that much.

I probably will never come to this location again. I ordered online and still had to wait 20 mins for my order. I know that it is busy, however I was not even acknowledged by staff. People who came in after me were getting their orders. They only apologized for the long wait to certain people and did not apologize to me or add napkins or utensils to my bag like they did the other customers. This was very disappointing.

The code unlocked the bathroom while someone was in there. It shouldn’t be able to do that. That’s unsafe.

Love Crisp and Green, but won’t be ordering from this location ever again. Terrible service. 1 person working up front while 3 employees in the back doing prep while there is a huge line? Multiple times having the same experience.

This is a great crisp and green most of the time . Sometimes though ingredients just are missed or done wrong . I come here to often for them to mess up my order half the time.

Crisp & green has always been one of my go to spots. It is always fresh & consistent. I am honestly only writing a review because there is nowhere for me to message about my order. Staff needs to do a better job at paying attention to notes on online orders. I always put please toss as I find trying to get everything well mixed in the to go bowls and recently it has not been tossed. This has been increasingly frustrating because when I order online I am normally on the go and looking for fast & fresh. I love your salads & this is one of my favorite places I just wish there was more care taken on to go orders.

They never seem to be staffed appropriately to handle regular mealtimes

This location is exceptionally busy, and despite that, I've never had any issues.

I've been to multiple crisp and green locations and this location is definitely very skimpy with their food. Over 30 dollars for 2 salads and the bowl isn't even full!! I won't be returning to this location. Very disappointed
