Love Crisp and Green, but won’t be ordering from this location ever again. Terrible service. 1 person working up front while 3 employees in the back doing prep while there is a huge line? Multiple times having the same experience.

This is a great crisp and green most of the time . Sometimes though ingredients just are missed or done wrong . I come here to often for them to mess up my order half the time.

Crisp & green has always been one of my go to spots. It is always fresh & consistent. I am honestly only writing a review because there is nowhere for me to message about my order. Staff needs to do a better job at paying attention to notes on online orders. I always put please toss as I find trying to get everything well mixed in the to go bowls and recently it has not been tossed. This has been increasingly frustrating because when I order online I am normally on the go and looking for fast & fresh. I love your salads & this is one of my favorite places I just wish there was more care taken on to go orders.

I've been to multiple crisp and green locations and this location is definitely very skimpy with their food. Over 30 dollars for 2 salads and the bowl isn't even full!! I won't be returning to this location. Very disappointed

i have mixed feelings with my experience overall. i’ll start by saying i’m not usually a review writer in general so this is out of character for me.
i love crisp and green but had never been to this location. went with a friend and we both ordered ahead as we were a 15 minute drive away and figured it would be quicker and easier than having to wait in line. we got there and i ended up ordering a drink because i was thirsty (they don’t take cash right now but i have apple pay so it was fine, just something to note) and then we stood waiting for our orders. we got there right at the time they were scheduled to be ready and we looked on the order ahead shelving but nothing was there. my friend thought maybe they had app difficulties with their order so after some waiting we asked an employee if their order was ready and after a few minutes they retrieved it from the back. i stood around waiting for my order for another 10 or so minutes before finally asking an employee if mine was ready. she said “let me go check” and proceeded to continue helping people in line and making other orders instead. a few more minutes later she said “wait what was the name for that again?” and so i told her and then eventually they brought it out. my salad was missing toppings that i had paid for and on top of that they had substituted peppers/corn/onions mix when i had ordered just the roasted corn. normally i wouldn’t mind and i am not a karen but this was especially upsetting because i am allergic to onions. me and my friend spent a good chunk of time picking them out but i did not feel good about eating the salad. we ended up talking to an employee who was very apologetic and sweet about it and remade my salad (shoutout to them!!) but i was disappointed in the carelessness. allergies are serious and i am not anaphylactic but somebody else could’ve been.

I've visited multiple Crisp & Green locations, and I must say that the service at this place is the worst! The staff here either lack proper training in customer service or simply don't care about the paying customers. While preparing my salad, one of the employees was incredibly conceited and couldn't even mix the salad properly. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my smoothie. Although they made a new one, they just dropped it at my table without a word or even an apology before walking away. As a loyal customer of Crisp & Green, I am extremely disappointed and will never return to this location. Avoid it at all costs!

What is going on at this crisp and green?? It used to be so good and the last 3 times I’ve been the service has been ABSOLUTELY GOD AWFUL. The workers couldn’t care less if they tried. I ordered for pickup and arrived a few minutes after the pickup time. They hadn’t even begun making the order and no one was up front to help. Finally a girl came out and was super rude and condescending and said they were working on it. She proceeds to make herself a bowl and sit down to eat. Again no one is up front working. 10 minutes go by. I go up to her and ask again where my food is. I basically had to beg her to go make it. She finally gets up and puts gloves on and makes my order that was supposed to be completed 30 minutes prior. All while rolling her eyes and stomping around. It was absolutely insane behavior.

SUNNY HONEY PICNIC SEASONALarugula, romaine, roasted chicken, radicchio, roasted corn, roasted tomatoes, roasted potatoes, goat cheese & honey mustard dressingOrdered this salad. Asked for Feta instead of goat cheese.1st entire salad was made and the guy put Chipotle dressing on it. Went back and remaid it this time with the right dressing but no chicken no cheese no potatoes and then added blue chips which isn't even what goes with this salad.I didn't notice all the stuff missing because I was at the end of the line waiting to check out while my salad was remade.So I just spent $15 on a bowl of lettuce with a little corn a couple tomatoes and honey mustard. Not good at all.

Went here with a large group with a wide range of dietary needs — vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, oil free, and more. Everyone found something healthy and filling to enjoy. Lovely outdoor seating options too. Would come here again!

Vegetarian options: Anything can be made vegetarian with a tofu protein option

Dietary restrictions: Easy to go gluten free here — toppings clearly labeled, and substitutions readily accepted

I was excited to go back and they got rid of my favorite salad.. boo I tried a new one n it was ok. Their smoothies aren't that great either, you can taste the powder used in them. Disappointed as it's not cheap to eat healthy here
