We almost didn’t go because it was difficult to find parking, but it was definitely worth the walk! We were sat immediately and greeted with very kind service. We ordered boneless chicken wings with spicy Korean sauce, and we each ordered a spicy rice noodle bowl. Our server told us what to add right away and how to enjoy the bowl. Everything was delicious. We tried the sliced beef and brisket and both were great. Definitely a great Minneapolis spot for a warm lunch on a cold day! ?❄️?

Parking: We went on Saturday and got lucky with parking, but be prepared to walk a bit. Construction makes it harder to navigate.

It’s finally open! Eat Street’s hottest new restaurant is Cross Bridge Noodle. With a name inspired by a folktale about devotion originating in Yunnan, this place has everything: fresh noodles, spicy soy cucumbers, Korean style fried chicken, hot and sour broth that hits like none other on a cold day, free broth samples (!), waiters with phone stands handy for you to share your screen with friends (!?), and plenty more to share in the way of cozy vibes and delicious fare. I was beyond impressed by the exceptionally friendly and courteous staff. From start to finish, the experience was warm, swift, and sublime. No complaints. And such scrumptious, slurp-able noodles! I’m very excited to have CBN in the neighborhood and can’t wait to be back to try more of their (growing) menu.

We had the spicy fish noodle soup and sizzling beef pot with rice as main dish and spicy beef slice and chick as appetizers . Very yum and comfort food. Everything tastes very authentic. You could also have the noodle refilled. Great vibe and beautiful decorations.

Excellent food and service. The appetizers were excellent. The soup broth could easily stand on its own. The waiter brought out some samples and it was hard to choose since they were all good. I plan to bring some friends here in the near future. I’m glad this restaurant opened so close to where I live.

3 complimentary soup samples were given before we chose which ones we wanted which were nice. This is my experience:

Cold chili chicken - tender and delicious, 8/10
Smashed cucumber salad - nice balance sweet and sour, was a very refreshing palette cleanser; not smashed, just sliced. 7/10
Spicy hot pot with sliced beef - noodles were nice and chewy, fatty beef was delicious, soup was decent. 6.5/10
Original hot pot with pork belly - the pork belly slices were thick and came cooked with soy sauce; delicious on its own but strange with the soup. Probably would be better over a hot bed of rice. I prefer the beef slices for the soup. The soup was seasoned very well. Instead of ham/luncheon meat. I would have preferred mini sausages. Also there were no mushrooms that came with the hot pot soups. I think shiitake/enoki/seafood mushrooms would have been suitable. 6.5/10.

Difficult to find parking since it’s Eat Street, but once you get in the food is delightful. Super flavorful garlic edamame and amazing noodles— highly recommend the kimchi chicken!! Will certainly be coming back if we can ❤️

Great service, amazing food, and very relaxed atmosphere. The dining area was spotless and tastefully furnished. How is this place not PACKED every single night?

Great addition to the Eat Street scene. I will be going back.

My new favorite noodle and soup restaurant. Their spicy beef soup was phenomenal. A nice coating of fat in every bite and the water glasses were always full. Tons of customizable options.
