We almost didn’t go because it was difficult to find parking, but it was definitely worth the walk! We were sat immediately and greeted with very kind service. We ordered boneless chicken wings with spicy Korean sauce, and we each ordered a spicy rice noodle bowl. Our server told us what to add right away and how to enjoy the bowl. Everything was delicious. We tried the sliced beef and brisket and both were great. Definitely a great Minneapolis spot for a warm lunch on a cold...
It’s finally open! Eat Street’s hottest new restaurant is Cross Bridge Noodle. With a name inspired by a folktale about devotion originating in Yunnan, this place has everything: fresh noodles, spicy soy cucumbers, Korean style fried chicken, hot and sour broth that hits like none other on a cold day, free broth samples (!), waiters with phone stands handy for you to share your screen with friends (!?), and plenty more to share in the way of cozy vibes and delicious fare....
We had the spicy fish noodle soup and sizzling beef pot with rice as main dish and spicy beef slice and chick as appetizers . Very yum and comfort food. Everything tastes very authentic. You could also have the noodle refilled. Great vibe and beautiful decorations.
