I used to like cuppajava very much but today I managed to go in ( handicapped with a cane) and sit at the bar where I used to order. After the help ignoring me I asked if I could order (like I used to do).
I was told I had to go stand in the long line to order.
Being unable to stand for very long I left and won’t be back until that philosophy changes.
Sorry “cuppa” you used to be more accommodating!!
First time, even though we drive by on the daily. New to the area as well. Amazing customer service and drinks were great as well! Found out they serve sandwiches as well. Will definitely be back!!!
