I’ve been here, let’s say, five times. Not once has the food ordering process made sense. Chaos. Also, I’ve yet to receive an order that’s correct or meets minimum quality standards. I guess I’m done trying. Sad, because there are such limited options in the area. Another business could manage the space more effectively and provide better food.

I'm writing this review for the Canadian Pacific Plaza location. The Buffalo chicken salad was excellent but the cashier seems to can't handle pressure. She was friendly to the customer but when she turns her back to talk to her co workers, she would get angry at them and very agressly slap the food trays down on the counter at them with a very mean face then turn around and smile in the customers face. I find that inappropriate behavior to display in front of the customers. This was their first day opening but I found it as a turn off. I don't think blowing up at co workers even if your some kind of manager gives you cause to act disrespectful to the workers and customer. I hope someone relays this to that new location in downtown Minneapolis. It sends off a very negative vibe for the restaurant.

took them 30 minutes to get my grill order only half right, and I'm not waiting around for them to get it fully fixed. the fish I ordered also had a cold and undercooked portion. will not be back.

Decent food, but overpriced for the quality and portion size. Lines are normally long but they move quickly, it's about a 15 minute wait unless you get there right away in the morning or just before close. There's a large menu to choose from, but unfortunately my orders have been pretty consistently wrong. Staff is usually friendly and helpful in correcting mistakes.

D.Brians is where you go when you need a quick bite. Their food is good, but nothing amazing about it. If I want a cup a soup or a wrap and don't feel like walking through the skyway, I'll go here. It's merely a convenient location.

I went at 1:15 today which is 45 min before they close. They had the entire kitchen tore down and had the bare minimum there. I ended up getting a sandwich with cheese and turkey and when I asked for mayo, the staff acted like I was putting them at a huge inconvenience. There were no toppings for the sandwiches or anything. I would not go back, the staff is rude and the food is low quality.

Everytime I go here I regret it. Long waits. If you order from the grill you'll be waiting 15 minutes. Every single time I order here they mess up my order. I'm not exaggerating. If I order one type of wrap they give me a completely different type. Order a buffalo wrap, get a ceaser wrap? If I ask for one cheese I get another. If you say something while they're making it they just give you a blank stare. It's also ridiculously overpriced. Just go to the food trucks outside, you're better off.

I had my first sausage, egg & cheese sandwich this morning, it was the most driest sandwich I have ever had. Maybe you should cook your eggs with the cheese in it, instead of frying it on the sausage like a hamburger. There wasn't anyone in the place except me and the wait was forever. Over priced as well.

First I was charged for a milk I didn't order, cashier gave me cash instead of putting it back on my card, no big deal. I ordered a grilled, they lost the ticket...I waited for 33mins for a simple grilled cheese, when I finally received it one side was bread the other side was charred black. Don't waste your time or money.

Seriously one of the worst lunch spots in the Skyway. The sandwiches are underwhelming at best (two sides included: a gloop of depressing and obviously days-old cut fruit, and a soggy pickle spear) and will run you over $10 for the experience. Some of the staff also do not speak English well enough to understand your order (I mean, if you work in a sandwich shop, you should know what rye bread is). Just eat at the convenience store down the hall a bit. Or skip lunch. Both are better options than eating here.

Sub par food (I've only had lunch here). Employees are usually nice, but unfortunately frequently mess up orders.
